OK, let's back up for a moment and let me tell you who I am and why you
should listen to me. I am Ryan Munsey, personal trainer, nutritionist,
and ATHLETE! As I said earlier, my younger days were filled with slow,
weak, and woefully unathletic attempts at sports. I exaggerate a bit. I
was actually pretty decent, just not good enough to play at Clemson.
But while in college, I realized how important NUTRITION was when it
